the description sounds a little like an MXL, but I'd have to actually see the thing to know for sure..I don't know much about them other than that they're Chinese..

at 15 dollars dont expect it to be a royer loloololol but its not much to lose

well dynamic mics are your standard 'handheld' mics, or atleast the ones that look like that (i.e. SM57's)
Condenscer mics are, generally, larger and have more switches, usually a bass filter switch, a pad switch, and someties a phantom power switch.
However, condenscer mics also come in 'small diaphragm' size, but these are the little 'pencil' mics usually used as overheads for orchestral recordings, etc..

On one hand I'd say that it may be more prudent to put that $15 towards a good mic instead of amassing a lot of sub-par equipment, but on the other hand that $15 is more likely going to be wasted on something else anyway.
