Okay, I've done some selling and I've done some buying, and this is what I've come up with.

Picture minus power cables and Fuel Tank Chameleon.

I'm currently awaiting news from Ryan about a Cosmichorus and a Heart-Benerator, I'm watching closely a Pigtronix Echolution on ebay, and I've promised myself a new fuzz and distortion pedal (Skinpimp Face Plant and maybe a Greenhouse FX NoBrainer). Once those are in my possession, I shall start saving up for a new guitar and a replacement for my Soldano, which is really shitty for pedals. Pedalboard no.1 shall then be complete (I hope). :grumpy:

Anyway, today I finally received my Skreddy Echo from the good folks at Crush the Button (David kept it aside for me for three weeks while I saved up. And when I didn't receive anything in the mail for two weeks, he paid an extra €23 to have it shipped faster since it never left the Belgium post office). :thumb:

When I opened the awesome packaging, I instantly noticed how shoddy this thing looks. The paint is poorly applied, the graphics are off-centre, the holes are drilled haphazardly, and the trim pots on the side are really difficult to get to because of how badly alligned the holes are.

When I plugged it in, however, I found myself quite astonished at how warmer and sweeter the repeats are to my old Malekko Ekko 616 (which I just sold). It actually feels dirty in comparison. But even though the repeats on the Skrecho are indeed very supple and clean, they arefar from sterile or stiff.

The modulation isn't as lush as I would have hoped. But I've read so much about it by now that I've probably over-hyped it. The knobs are extremely sensitive, however, so it makes for a ridiculous versatile delay pedal. Every setting sounds really sweet and lushes. And everything is very functional and useful as well.

Here are a few pictures I took before it got dark. The weather is still okay here in Ireland for some strange reason.

Notice the badly drilled holes and miss-aligned graphics. :whateva:
