Hey!
My band's looking to play some shows from like January 2nd to January 16th, 2011.
We'd like to play in like Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Or other close places.
Do you dudes know any sweet venues, or any bands that might be interested in hooking up with us?
We real nice.

Thanks so much!
:hello:

Your from Jersey so you probably already know about the Asbury Lanes but if not they are an awesome venue sometimes hard to pull a big crowd because its in Asbury Park but they do every Wednesday night punk night that local bands are always on. My old band played there a few times they always try and pay the bands as much as they can are super nice and you may be surprised who you get to play with. My old band opened for the Screaming Females one of the last shows I played with them. Maybe try if you looking for NYC area finding someone in Brooklyn that does house shows or you can try and get a spot at Death By Audio, The Cake Shop, or ABC No Rio. Sorry this wasn't extremely helpful. Ill keep trying to think of some places.

I've heard about Asbury Lanes, and we were actually thinking of trying to play with Chemtrail, if you've heard of them. They play there frequently and have pretty good draw. We just haven't been able to organize anything yet. The Screaming Females are awesome dude, we haven't been lucky enough to get a gig with them yet. But we haven't really tried, either. They're actually from right around here, too. We've been checking out DBA and The Cake Shop, I'll check out ABC No Rio. Thanks!

If we ever get the chance to go out to Ohio we'll definitely be sure to check out those places, I just don't think we'll be capable of venturing out there this time around. Thanks, though! I'll write those down and keep them in mind.

Yo yer band's real sweet, I'd be really stoked if you liked our jams. I think our bands would probably get along well musically, too. If you guys ever need a band to fill up a spot, or if you need a place to crash in central jers, lemme know! Thanks a bunch for the venues, I'll look into them real soon.

Now all's I need is some hip bands to play with. :)*

if you decide to detour into Connecticut then let me know if you land a gig at Toad's Place in New Haven, it's legendary but they still book smaller/upcoming bands and the Yaley's actually are respectable music fans.... most of the time....

DE gets no love
Newark: Homegrown, Mojos

Philly one not mentioned:
The Barbary

r5productions.com, I would email them with your band's info and what not, they organize most of the shows in Philly.
