How do you think it is? Anyone try it?

I want a wah that is really throaty and the wow mode sounds like it has a lot of meat to it, plus it's optical and has a wah lock mode. So it's pretty much 3 in one. Opinions on it?

Had my eye on the cae wah, george dennis gd45, and gig fx mega wah too. Can anyone vouch for these ones too?

Other guitarist had one, I really didn't like how it sounded.

What's not to like, it's got all the tone sucking, phaser-esque style sweep anyone could want. And with Behringer grade components to boot!

I really hate how it sounds, but I do have a certain soft spot for the Tone Lok pedals because of how great the Analog Phaser and Lo-Fi sound.

Two points

point the first, weeping demon rules, get used to it :excellent:

point the second, what the fuck Morley I bought the George Lynch Dragon Wah when it was one of like 250, now you're just making a ton of them? And they have better features? Damn you, foreseeable product cycle!

weeping demon.....I picked one up a while back for like $37....returned it a few days later as I really wanted a wah, not a weird filter. and not weird in a cool usable way, just weird like it sucked balls...and tone.

I do understand where you're coming from, and of course it's all subjective, but objectively speaking the Weeping Demon is probably the best wah ever created. :)*

Nah, man, I'm fucking around. I actually DO like it and thought that with careful adjustment a lot of different wah sounds were available. There were a few different runs of them that suffered a problem here and there, some came with internal trims that weren't always adjusted properly from the factory and compromised the sound, some had improperly situated LDRs and so the optical wah never really "worked" right. It could be that you had one of the bad ones, or it could be that you just don't like the range of sounds that it has to offer. Curiously the GLDW and the WD actually do have some sounds in common. The "Lo" mode on the Weeping Demon is pretty similar to the "Wow" mode on the GLDW.
