Godzilla signal issues

Hey, I posted this @ devi forums, but it's not getting much traffic: Hello everyone, I need help troubleshooting some issues on my Godzilla. Here is a list of the ailments, all intermittent but always at least one present at any given time: all signal lost when engaging both sides at once, then bleeding back in; when switching from both on to just one circuit, signal lost then bleeding back in; when steadily playing in any state sound suddenly gets very quiet and tinny (almost inaudible) before bursting back to full level; loud popping/crunching sound audible through speaker when tapping on the enclosure itself, with circuits engaged and bypassed (this no longer happens when power source is removed from pedal); about any other wavering signal scenario imaginable. I've ruled out cables and guitars, so I guess it's gotta be the 'zilla. The only unusual thing apparent from an internal inspection was that the circuit boards were not wrapped in electrical tape (just kinda odd, all my other devi's & E13's have ALWAYS been wrapped) and are affixed to the backs of the pots with double sided tape (maybe not a problem at all, just never seen it before). All else seems ok from a visual standpoint. Thanx for reading this monster post, hope you can help!
