Bonjour.

I just replaced the tubes in my amp, and I have two power tubes and three preamp tubes that are just sittin' there. Do any off you keep replaced tubes around for spares... or is there a good way to dispose of them? I hate having extra shit around, and I've never had a problem with a tube exploding or whatever, so I'd rather not have them around.

I hang on to them. Do that with most music related stuff though. You could give them away on c-list or something.

Yea, you could always try to make something "artsy" with them. I'm in the process of building a guitar stool from an old kay bass body myself.

use them as a slide so even when you play acoustic you can have tube tone

gut em and then stick in some amber leds and make some sort of artsy lamp, haha make a sick chandelier outta old tubes
