B-O-B Mantras - 2 left!

Per a custom order we did a special Black-on-black Mantra and we liked the idea so much that we did a small run of them. Very small, as in 5 in total. It's a custom mixed transparent black powdercoat with a black screen print graphic. Very mean looking. The transparent black lets just enough metal to peek through to give some contrast between the powdercoat and the screen print.
There are now 2 of them left and we're offering them up here before anywhere else. These are going for $185 plus shipping to the first 2 people who email us with the words "B-O-B MANTRA" as the subject line. Don't waste your time looking for a paypal button on the website, there's not one. We're also going to throw in a free tshirt with each, so tell us what shirt, what size, etc, in your email. Include your paypal email address and your shipping address to secure your place in line.

I would have been all over this like ugly on an ape if I didn't already own the "regular" version.
After a couple of months of woodshedding, I can honestly say the Mantra is my favorite overdrive.
I have never quite understood the idea of an overdrive that starts to give you that breaking up sound ONLY AFTER YOU CRANK THE SHIT OUT OF IT. I've tried various versions of Tube Screamers and the like and I find them to be utterly feeble, personally.
The Mantra has tons of shades of overdrive sounds that do get close to flat-out fuzz when dimed. But if one feels like applying restraint, there is still a goodly dose of overdrive pretty much wherever you set the Gain knob.
My search is over: Blackout Effectors' Mantra is my overdrive of choice.
