Fingerprint >>> Snowflake DIY kit!

Thought I'd give a heads up here on a non-FuzzHugger(fx) project I've been working on.

Almost a year ago, Secret Seasons was given the rights to the Fingerprint. I was asked to do some development work, and have been sitting on a PCB layout I did for the Fingerprint since then.

For those that haven't read in the DIY section, there's finally a PCB and kit for it (now the SNOWFLAKE).
Offered in several packages, from PCB to PCB + all parts!

Available here: http://fuzzhugger.com/accessories.html

Here's one I built for demo purposes (the toggle isn't part of the kit, just a mod I added):

Man I wish I wasn't completely stupid when it comes to soldering. Build me one for a fee, Tom? :)

No harm in trying. I didn't learn technique until doing a diy devi kit. We learn by repetition. Do it!

Is that toggle the same as the second footswitch of the Fingerprint?

The toggle doesn't come with the kit. I added it to test/play with different input caps, diodes, etc. The second "mode" needs to go on a footswitch to be useful (it bypasses the Gain control, basically allowing you to go to full gain hands-free).
