I never used mine for anything that fancy.

Windows cost a lot of money. Throw it... on craigslist? :joy:

RESURECTED FOR A QUESTION:

on the 2880, can you make each loop track a different length? or do they all have to be the same length?

When you make a new set of tracks, the length of the first track that you record dictates how long the rest can be. They can all start/end at different times but have to fit within the first track and all the tracks only play once before the whole set repeats together.

So it can't have two loops running side by side, say one in 3/4 and one in 4/4?

Not really, no; like, if one track is 30 seconds and the other is 20 seconds, it will play both at the same time, but then the second track will be silent for 10 seconds before they both start playing again. The second loop will not start repeating independently from the first loop. I think the Boomerang III can do what you want, though, and they pop up really cheap on eBay sometimes.
