Good first project? With RESTRICTIONS...

I have just about everything that i would possible need for a pedal...except for 2 major things. Pots, and input/output jacks......so what could i make using just my limited (not really, just no pots or jacks) selection? I got a 4x3 perfboard to work with...so idea please?

What... so not a pedal? Without input or output jacks... That aint happening... cause well how will you connect it.
If that's the case, there's literally a billion things or nothing depending on what you want or what you have.
What Chips do you have? What kind of Transistors? Just NPN & PNP or have you got some J-Fets or MOSFETS? Single or Dual Op-Amps, 555 Timers? 386 Chips? Got a speaker to make a mini amp? LEDs?

500 leds (red, green, yellow, white), NPN and PNP transistors, I have a small speaker...4 inch (lol). I have a good amount of stuff. What is a good PROJECT? not necessarily a stombbox?
