I picked up a diy one on CL a couple years ago, pretty sweet pedal. Guess it's not too bad to build your own.
Looks like the one in the vid has an extra knob.

I didn't see the video, but dwarfcraft's "better blue box" the Robot Devil is readily available.

I already bought the robot devil and IT IS a blue box killer IMO, but this thing sounds different to me, in a positive way!!
