I used to have one of these. This is actually a really cool tremolo pedal, especially with the Dual Mode feature where you can make it momentary. The Starve knob is a cool thing as well. Kinda tempted...

This could be a great pickup for someone. In my experience with Amazon's warehouse deals, music gear is generally mint with no cosmetic imperfections to the body or packaging, regardless of what the descriptions say. Even if it has light scuffs, it's still more than $100 below the cheapest used one on Reverb.
