We do indeed have a replacement already committed. And he's fucking amazing. Probably the most talented musician I've ever jammed with. Once he started playing, I almost got intimidated.

I've been thinking about flipping my Warwick and Stingray classic so I can buy a Gamechanger. Yea, yea. Haters gonna hate. It's an amazing bass and I want it!

At that price, go with a Status. You can customize everything on it, make it look exactly how you want, and the graphite aspect of it will make it a lot lighter and easier on your back. My S2-Classic is as light as most guitars but doesn't make me look as big a pussy as most guitar players.
