Nothing's damaged, but shit like that will shorten the life of tubes. The worst part is that he didn't even come tell me he was here, because I would've unplugged my stuff. He just starting effing with the circuit breaker box and flipping the breakers.

hopefully he had the sense to label the breakers once he figured out what they went to...I never understood why people like contractors/electricians/maintenance guys wouldn't want to go above and beyond instead of half assing everything. It makes everyone's lives easier

I feel like I've successfully made myself mediocre at everything in the world, and failed to make myself truly competent at anything.

Hey man, that's the essence and versatility of being a jack of all trades.

Two things:
I don't care who Columbus is or what he did! I want my mail dammit!
If something sells fast on ebay, should I be happy that it sold, or wonder if it would have sold at all if the price was a bit higher....

Dammit... I forgot it was Columbus Day. Fucking lame. Have to wait another day for my pedal that USPS said would be here on Saturday. :(

Columbus Day as an observed holiday? This is ridiculous. I need to deposit a check at my bank, but they aren't in today. AS IF IT ISN"T HARD ENOUGH TO GET TO A BANK DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

Spent a good 20 hours in 'new employee' training last week for a job that I've had seasonally for 3-4 years. I'd been hired through a temp agency, now moved to the actual company and had to go through training as a technicality. To top it all off I spent 9 hours in training today, followed by 9 hours tomorrow, and I'm working 2 hours after each of those sessions. Really nothing to complain about though, just means more money to save.
