does anyone actually read this thread?
anyway, i'm 'voerking', real name is chris.
i've been playing guitar for 23 years (i'm 36). i've played in bands ranging from cutesy indie pop, to spazzed out progressive grind. i still play daily, but don't play out as much as i once did.
i'm not a huge gear whore - i only own one amp (a modded Jet City 20H), two guitars (a Zachary D1, and a severely modded DeArmond), and a small handful of pedals.
i'm from St. Louis.
see you around the forum.

hi, I live in cincinnati. I joined this forum a while ago, but haven't really paid much attention to it until just lately. I started building my own effects pedals a few years back, because I'm too poor to buy them. I make noisy chaotic experimental music, and I generally build pedals to match. I usually have to sell everything i make to pay bills, which sorta sucks cause everytime i build something great, i find myself shipping it away within a week or two, but that's okay; i know I can just build another, and I enjoy making stuff anyway. Lately I've also built a canjo or two (look it up; they're super fun and easy to build; takes me about half an hour)

you can find my music, (and one or two pedal demos) here:http://griaule.bandcamp.com/

I really enjoy experimenting with circuits to discover new sounds.

hello, I joined this board last week. I live in Olympia WA. It sucks.
I have a Russian Big Muff (That I almost never use), A Ibanez Delay (That i only use with my keyboard) and a Boss Super Chorus that I like.
I have a Telecaster Deluxe and a Canvas Csar (I don't know what that is either).

All of the members of my band now post on this board:
http://hotdogstorm.com/badtimes // badtimes.bandcamp.com

I make synth music too
http://hotdogstorm.com/naxat // naxat.bandcamp.com

GOOD NIGHT.

:hello: Welcome, new guys

The word is pretty much as free and as uncensored as can get and the fuzz heads around here are generally really nice. Just remember the one and only rule of ILF: don't be an asshole.

That's what Tom said, that's the rule. Thus far we've managed with simply that, because it's fuzzy and cozy in here and that's how everybody wants it to stay.

Hello! :hello:

My name is Philip, I live in freezing Scotland and like to drink lots of alcohol whenever there's any hint of an excuse to do so.

I also love playing guitar, making music, doing fuzz pedal demos.

:ilf: Welcome everybody new :hello: :ilf:

There's all kinds of awesome bits in the recent intros... Indetermined sex and squarewaves, evil beings from Italy and stoner rock, my favorite drink alcohol and fuzzy demos, more bad ass fuzz and all kinds of general promises of fuzzy future ahead. I'm sure You all love it here, madly.

There's free speech and other sweet shit, enjoy it and cherish it. Contribute and make friends. The last one should be easy here. Buy and sell and spam where appropriate, curse and swear and tell the dirty bits about Your laundry. Mind the angry elderly and the bear traps, don't feed the IAMILFS after midnight.

There's only one rule in ILF: simply don't be an ass hole. Regard that and give others space, that's a great way to make a good forum. we've done thus far great with such a simple rule and next to no modding around here. The above rule is the secret to that.

:idk: there's still the welcome in welcome noobs. He's almost asking them out for a date. Mr Hoy is, really, under his rough and tough outer shell, a warm and caring person towards his fellow fuzz heads, which he shows by calling them names. :p
