hee. that's so funny. i had that and the Planet Phunk (is that right? emu couldna have put out something with THAT bad a name could they have?) when i was a kicken. ugh. think i sold them for like a hundy each or something when i was moving to soft synth.Warpsmasher wrote:Just scored an E-Mu Planet Earth on ebay. They don't come up (at a fair price) too often, so the Korg stuff will have to wait. There are almost no clips to be found, but this thing is a drum/percussion/rhythm/loop monster, according to the specs and reviews. Been wanting to try it for ages.

How did you like the sounds in the Planet Earth? I'm mainly interested in it for the drum sounds, to midi-link and crossfade with my Electribe SX and/or Fantom XR.

Re: Let's see your KEYS/SYNTHS!
iPhone videos, Not nearly as bassy as it was live. The second video in each set is longer. I have a lot more that I shot today that don't have as much LFO pulsing as these first 2, some show how the Polygamist can be made to arpeggiate sometimes. i will upload those later. Honestly these videos are pretty crappy sounding compared to real life, maybe they sound better w/headphones

It's very French Electro... The last two notes on the last video are belly notes...

And a nice patch which gives me Martenot things, really nice bass synth, and crazy noise with the Trautonium.

Seriously! So much cool shit in here lately! How do you find good cv keyboards to control modular setups? Because that one looks like a proper spaceship controllerskullservant wrote:Woooooow that modular
