Out: Boss FZ-2, Mid-fi Clari(not)

In: Paul C Tim, Empress Superdelay

Had a Timmy before and dug it, and the effects loop and separate boost footswitch made it a worthwhile pickup for hella cheap new.
I had a GAS attack for the Superdelay in the past day or so, wanted a VMSD but the regular one popped up for the nice price, so fuck it. I need mode C/reverse loop playback in my life.
Good deals on ILF: too many to list, just ask!

Caved in and got the new Whammy. This thing is excellent for a number of reasons:

1. The treadle is extremely smooth and the pedal itself is quite solid. In my experience the WH4 was quite flimsy (perhaps it was the specific model I had) but this feels like a tank both in the body and the... pedaly part (which is also quite comfortable).

2. The Classic and Chords modes are excellent. You can still get the "My Iron Lung" sound, glitches and all, or pristine multi-note tracking with no noticeable delay. This option opens up a whole lot of capabilities with the tone of the whammy/harmony.

3. The bypass is awesome. Enough said.

4. I'm having success with it in various parts of the chain; first I had it before my fuzzes, then after them, now in between the AB-Synth and The Elements, and I love it.

Extremely happy with my impulse buy. Now I'm just waiting for the Fuck OD to come in so I can return it to get the RRR and complete my board.

I haven't thought about gun cases. That's a good idea. I'll do some searching... I found this; http://www.ebay.com/itm/360446495622?ss ... 1423.l2649 but I kinda want a little extra room for cables and stuff.

Case came today! It took about 9 days but I orderded it on a Saturday and the 4th of July was in the middle of the week. That and I cheaped out with the free shipping. It looks good, feels good and fits perfectly. No extra room, but knew that going in. It is, by far, the cheapest case I found but it doesn't look or feel cheap. It's much better then the case that came with my PT1. Thanks again man! :thumb:

DAMNIT. they don't make a PT-Pro sized. might get at them about custom or if they have that option. need to check in with Mono and see if they're almost ready with the Pro case they're doing.
