It's almost guaranteed that Ubi's gonna downgrade even the not-particularly-exceptional graphics in TD2.
I wonder if they do that intentionally? release it partially baked so they can show how much they improve it to keep people playing.
Maybe its not that sinister and comes down to deadlines/no time?

Seems like the Devs for both Division 2 and Anthem are fairly hands on with the community.....at least right now anyway.

I enjoyed the Division 1, even if I remember on the launch day they really failed completely.
The first mission required you to go to a desk, whereby you would talk to a character and trigger a cutscene.
However, only person could "activate" the character, so in order to actually begin the story and the game itself, everyone had to queue.

Queuing. In a video game.

Naturally as a British person I almost cried tears of joy as the gaming experience that I'd finally waited all these years for had been delivered.
Not since playing since Queuing Simulator 64 as a young lad had I experienced such carnal joy at shouting at people to form an orderly queue, saying we'd have done this already in Britain and regaling
my fellow comrads about the great queue tax riots of 1968.

I digress, The Division held my interest for about 30 hours, I even bought the tie in book because I was interested in the "lore".
However the subsequent expansions failed to stir my loins, and the game sort of slumped in the corner and died.
I'm interested to see where they'll go with the story and hopefully make the Dark Zones slightly less completely fucked by hackers.

But yeah, I would hold off on preordering it.

They updated and fixed most of everything since launch. I think it took them a year or two though.

And more quality JRPGs.

Speaking of which, trying to actually complete a Ni No Kuni run through so I can buy the sequel.

Resident Evil 2 is so fucking good.

I haven't had a real tense 'Survival Horror' feeling in so long. Health flashing Caution, no healing with a Licker in the room and a Zombie chilling around the door that I need to get to. Waaaah

I think my next game purchase is likely gonna be Insurgency Sandstorm. All the videos I've seen look amazing.

It's good, but it was running a little too janky. Dropped the graphics down to medium and was only getting 80 fps on a Vega 56. :idk:

Finished Claire's campaign in RE2, looking forward to Leon.

Do you automatically get scenario B if you play with the other character the second time, or do you have to play the same character again to get scenario B? :idk:

Played for about 2,5 hours of Leon's campaign. It's awesome. I was never on the "re2 is best re" train either, but this is good shit.

Got the true RE2 ending, great fun - I really hope the RE3 remake rumours are true because this remake was godlike.

I legit love the grimy and derelict Facility and Lab environments in RE games and this just gets it spot on.

Kingdom Hearts 3 - IT'S HEREEEEEEE, OH LORD.
Can't wait to sink my teeth into it.

On that topic, the RE2 remake is my first Resident Evil game as I'm not a big fan of horror, but I absolutely love it!
How is Resident Evil 7? I've heard good things.

Picked up KH3 because I enjoyed the first two. Fun so far. Some annoying mechanics I’m not a real fan of but hey, innovation and all.
