Might be, not sure on that. The Ruckus sounds like more of the torn speaker sound, while the HB is like the Heavy Machine without the notch controls.

Ruckus is definitely the Torn Speaker sound. It's legacy is somewhere in the current line, I know that, but I keep forgetting which one it is.
