I'm sure gonna miss this thing.

I'm selling the head on Friday, and hopefully the can soon too.
I'm going to be buying a MIJ Jaguar and hopefully a Vibrolux with the cash though.
For the curious, it's a 1983 Fender Concert II, running into a 90s VHT 2x12 Slant cab with V30s.
Sounds pretty fucking rad, it's just not my thing these days.
Silly, silly me.

Cool! What is the new one? The Matamp or the other? What cab did you get? It looks like my Jenkins JSS112 from here.

Re: Let's see your AMP!
The new amp is the Ratajczyk Extreme Reverb.
It's a 60watt head running like 30 tubes lol... not really, but it seems that way. It's a 6v6-driven reverb circuit too!
SUPERB clean channel, one of those 'omg I snapped up the deal of the century amps' for the amount I paid... :-)

Nice man! I'd like to hear a clip if you ever make one. I'm guessing it's E. European? Maybe Icelandic? I've never been to E. Europe but Iceland, yes. I had a great experience there.
What are the power tubes? 6V6 also? If so, you must have 7 6V6 tubes running in that head. Wow. Love that.

Re: Let's see your AMP!
Thanks dude! It's 4x EL34, 4x 12ax7, 1x 6v6 I believe. So not quite the 30 I over-exaggerated with initially but still a lot for me ha ha
It's extremely loud and has four channels with a shared EQ and the most amazing reverb ever!!! A lot of gain on tap, enough to do stoner stuff for sure without pedals, but I really enjoy the clean channel! Sounds FANTASTIC with a simple SHO > TAFM > MRRR setup for a bit of extra wash on the 'verbs! Omnomnom.
I can't afford an interface just yet :-( I have two means of recording but both suck beyond compare and make it a pointless task/you won't be able to hear anything nice. I'll hopefully be able to sell a couple pedals and grab an interface soon enough! I'm pretty stoked with my gear now.
