The only reason these type of threads bother me is when I'm doing a search on TB. God there is soooooooo much clutter to sift through to find one valuable piece of information.

Within the next few hours somebody is gonna post a picture of a tuner and "THIS IS THE ONLY PEDAL I NEED", I guarantee it.

I used to rock a miniboard: tuner and Supercollider. I needed more delay. And chorus. And overdrive. And more (better) fuzz.

Hey guys! I bought two sets of flatwounds! One for the P, one of the Bordwell!

Also I finally gave in to the LIGHTWEIGHT AMP CRAZE and bought a 2 pound, 200 watt, $224 amp!

None of it has actually showed up yet but I'm VERY EXCITED to talk about my late-night internet purchase habits!

Seriously though, I want to try Thomastik flats on my Bordwell bass because the thing should be nicknamed Punch Master B, and I'm hoping this will enhance such characteristics to an even greater level. And I'm getting ready to rape my old P-bass with a new pickup, a good shielding job (6 years after I put on the new pickguard), and some proper fucking strings for a change (Chromes).

Also I bought one of them cheapo GK MB200 heads because I need a shitty backup amp for my aging tube heads. I love my Mesa 400 but sometimes a puff of smoke comes from the power switch when I turn it off LOLZ!

the it guy at work is a guitar player that uses thomastik flats. he puts them on this huge hagstrom hollowbody and loves them. i got to play the guitar, not plugged in, and the strings felt really nice. never tried them on bass. i am pretty happy with the chromes so i am not sure i will fork over the extra cash for the tomastiks though...

i realize i only just joined ilf and rarely post on tb, but this place has a few improvements.... swearing boobies and... oh yeah there aren't 12 new "dubstep?" or "which muff?" threads a day. also no one just comes in and says "i dont use effects, its all in the fingers" urgh

god dammit! I didn't know you were selling it. $400 was a little out of my price range though, but I did look at the MB500. I'm literally going to stuff this wee thing inside a gig bag and hopefully never use it.

I finalized the lineups to not one but two bands last weekend so should start gigging once again at any given moment.
