yah. Hawk is pretty cool. reminds me of a stripped down TAFM in some ways? urm. that's not the best definition. almost like a TAFM with presets the way the flip switches work.

Mini Fuck is.... pretty damn awesome.

How is the bias knob on the minifu? It goes gated or it's something else?

it goes INTERESTING. i'm working on a demo, but it won't be up till tomorrow probably. it changes the tone a lot. each knob seems to be pretty damn interactive with each other.

Well, I clicked on your link, and had to dig a bit to find out anything, so I figured I'd spare some fools some time.

up until the last one, Elements covers all those. gets pretty close to kitten killing too.

TAFM IS AWESOME THAT'S WHY HALF OF IT'S NAME AWESOME.

I dunno. It's like when you're hungry, but you're not sure what for.

I'm thinking something that can get kindasynth-y, but can do chords well. :idk:

The Exar Super fuzz seems dope because of it's filter sweep thing, but I don't really know where I'd buy one.

Exar IS neat. i wish they'd put a expression input line to that. are you on TALKbass? Bongomania is an Exar rep, he was blowing out some stuff for like a $hundy a bit ago. dunno if he still is. his site is http://www.ovnilab.com/ , think he's got a contact link there.

actually, http://www.ovnifx.com/

ha, still have the amps, and still have two fuzz pedals right now - Box Of War and Mini Wolf Computer. Just want more fuzz again to fool around with. A cool Superfuzz, a cool Tone Bender, maybe another way out fuzz....can't ever have too many colors, right? I'm pretty stoked on my board at the moment, though - I'm guessing I'll just cycle fuzz pedals in and out. Nothing else is moving.
Maybe partying will help.

If yes, color me interested!
I know that the FEA labs DBD can pull that sound off, but I'm way too poor for that right now

I did, but I didn't hear him get that specific tone. Also, does it work well with actives? (guess it would cuz of the internal gain trimpot)
