I'm going to Chicago tomorrow through tuesday! Can't wait to chill with some cool people and see a good concert. It's been a long time since I've been on a trip of any sort. Who has recommendations for guitar shops or places to check out?
Also, selling a bunch of unwanted gear just makes me feel liberated. Of course that means I can also get new gear.

oh snap, is that your kitty? It's the spitting image of a very friendly stray cat that used to chill at my grandparents house when I was a wee lad.

I was told by my doctor to eat more bacon

(okay, not bacon specifically) apparently, I'm not getting enough cholesterol and it's negatively affecting (effecting?) my testosterone levels. Everything t related seems to be working fine though (winkwinknudgenudge), but I'm not going to NOT eat more fatty delicious meats

I totally raped my macbook's dying power block with all sorts of medieval tenacity, then soldered the crazy weird stringy wires to the recently snipped black wire and wrapped the whole thing in a couple layers of duct tape.
Now it's (functionally) good as new!
Sometimes my minimal soldering skills surprise me.
