hello All,

I just bought a Qu-Bit Bloom. Any of you people used this interesting module?

I am going to replace my WMD Arpitecht with the Qu-Bit Bloom because the Qu-Bit Bloom seems more powerful. However, I worry I will lose the simplicity and immediacy with which the Arpitecht spits notes.

Secondly, now I have 4 hp empty and no unused 4 hp modules in my Drawer Of No Return. Thinking about chucking a Happy Nerding FX Aid in there. Any of you people used the FX Aid? It looks easy to use. I'm tempted to throw a Disting in the 4 hp spot but I'll never use all or even most of the algorithms it contains.

Hope you are well,

David

i admire a (wo)man of their convictions. well played suh and/or madame.

i am digging the Arbhar. first time a granular thinger has made total sense to me at every step of the way.

first patch with Arbies Beef Curtains -

i have missed the Harmonaig so.... ordered. can't wait to play into the Chainsaw. and i have IDEAS. want to try slow changing chords where root goes to a bass tuned/waveform from TS-L, next two notes in the chord either to Shapeshifter ins or Chainsaw, highest note to Rings. etc.

there's a few models i had before, feel like i didn't know enough of what i was doing and ditched. i am opennnnn to retrying things.

Your acquisitiveness remains unrivaled.

I really like the Pico DSP. The PCBs have a bad habit of coming apart but you can smush them back together easily. I like putting some DSP on my hats for additional chitter.

I have also acquired a module! The famous QuBit Bloom. It rules so far. Very easy to use. Very evolving sequences. If you like to write melodics, stay away. If you, like me, need help with melodics, then I recommend this module's excellent internal melody-math. Have house guests right now but look to my IG soon for Bloom examples.

STUPID GUESTS don't you know i have ACQUISITIONS respect the FUCKING ACQUISITIONS.

murrrr i am but a shadow of a shadow of the mans, the myth, Runiah.

i AM excited about a big retool. i think i figured out a very compartmentalized setup that lends itself to closer, less messy patching for most main things.

still wish every module had the jacks duplicated on the back, so you could set up modular paths that are normalled then break them when you want to.

that is a VERY realistic desire.

Sup yall, been a while. Still the same old modules, but I finally unified the system into one rack, by joining up my z-rails and converting the desktop rack to doublewide:

went through everything i have (i keep all my Not Used Right Now loots in plastic tubs, everything separated by bubble wrap. have an Osc/Sound Source, a CV/Gate and Effects box. woot organization?) and got a list of about 40 modules i don't ever and probably will never use listed on Muffs.

moof. it really doesn't FEEL like i have that much stuff? until i go through and see all the.... everything. every where. silly.
