I try not to look at demos. I don't need another pedal right now.

Talking to that dick excane doesn't help.

Mmm it's tempting but no, my regular one is fuzzy enough. I'm curious though, someone get it and tell us about it.

I think it's just souped up on the inside for more gain and volume.
He probably just swapped out a few resistors and caps...maybe even pots?

He actually degained/devolumed mine recently and I couldn't be happier. :p

Twice Alan has written me emails but forgot to hit send, I wait a few weeks and ask him the same question and he's like, sorry I thought I got back to you, no wait here it is in my drafts folder... anyways his hearts in the right place.

LOL! I totally do that shit too.

Dude Excane...I'll cut you. :)

The Megalith is mega awesome! Damn it the volume though!! I've owned like 4 now (hahahahahaha!) and I've noticed the volume is only an issue with the older models. The newer ones still have a massive amount of volume, but it's not nearly as bad. I have boner btw.

Yeah, Alan didn't devolume mine because I asked. I had a problem with my OG Megalith and I sent it in.
He said he couldn't duplicate or find the problem so after a bit of back and forth he put new guts (he's using PCB's now) in it.
When I got it back, the volume was the same at 2 o'clock as it used to be at 9 o'clock and overall everything was more usable.
I can still get the higher volume settings, it just has more pot rotation on the lower ones.

I email'd him to let him know that I liked the new one even more and asked about the changes but didn't get a response.

@excane, PM me and you'll have a better understanding of why I sent it in...definitely not due to being a Vag. :whateva:
