Actually, I'm just getting lazier and lazier when it comes to coffee. I petty much exclusively make cold brew these days... and use that method. When I make hot coffee, it's in a drip machine cause chances are I work up 10 minutes before my first work call, and need a cup of personality in a pinch.

The antique shop next to work had one of the $2k Breville espresso machines that would froth milk for you perfectly every time. I really wish the owner hadn't retired and shut it down, free cappuccino was a sweet perk for helping him load furniture once in a blue moon.

Love coffee. At home it's usually the espresso machine (Crossland, with Vario grinder), with any dark freshly roasted organic beans. Also love french press and pour over with occasional single origins, but again prefer on the darker sides, French Roast and Italian, or South America darker varieties.

The Keurig at work is gone! we now has a real coffee maker! I've had a whole week of coffee that doesn't taste like plastic!

Periodically replenished most of the house coffee supply in the last month or so and stumbled upon Civilized Coffee Tanzanian Peaberry, which has to be one of the most delicious discoveries of 2020 thus far.

freaking love coffee/caffeine....

at home it usually goes
decent bean -> aergrind -> aeropress -> drink black

brewed stronger then diluted to fill cup, nice!
and sometimes I even treat myself to fabulous beans

not too often though
cause money
and every coffee most everywhere else would become horrid by comparison


once summer gets started I'll coldbrew again,
add icecubes and a dash of oat milk (vanilla)
perfect

I’m all good yo! In hospital the last little while but getting out Friday, back to the great big nothing.

How are you?

I went 12 days without caffeine. Probably caving today though. Not a crazy withdrawal process because I weened off.
I'm going back to work at job #2 this weekend so it's only inevitable (I won't even entertain the idea of working two jobs without coffee).
