Achtane wrote:Aw man I think I aced the fuck out of a job interview just now. It's just prepping food in a restaurant, but :idk:
The kitchen manager interviewing me really stressed that he was looking for someone who had a good work ethic and didn't wanna half-ass their job. It was miraculous.

I haven't worked in a restaurant in years, but prepping would be a chill job.

I like it when the little fortunes on Honest Tea bottle caps are either
a:useful
b:plain old cool
or in this case c: right.

Thanks witty refreshing beverage caps. Well, at least this time.

My jeep's all packed up for my move to Oregon in the morning. Finally get to live in a place where there's not an oppressive monoculture! :!!!: hopefully, I mean it's possible there is one, but even so it would be unlikely to be as bad what's going on in Utah

Got job interviews lined up at a couple venues and a wine tasting room, my lady has moved from Canada to the states to be with me, and had a killer improv jam circle at a coffee house the other night. Things are looking up!

I decided that I don't need to drop money on a new amp as I still have my Little Giant that takes pedals for days and is loud enough for me.

I have money for pedals :)

I have an apartment in Pocatallo...it's a surprisingly large place for a $350 one-bedroom, and it's very weird unpacking the stuff i've had in the back of the truck ever since i left California. but with pictures up on the walls and blankets hanging in the windows it's weird guitarist home. at some point after i get internet access this week i'm going to write about the journey from there to here. i hope everyone is well. i don't have the time to catch up all over the forum till Tuesday or Wednesday when the net gets hooked up.
