Ran 6 miles and I feel gooooood. I'd never run this before until sunday and now I've done it twice in a week, running used to be a chore but this week it's just clicked and I've realised I enjoy it loads.

After practicing for the past few days, I can finally play the intro to Little Wing.

It's one of those songs/riffs that I've wanted to be able to play since I started learning guitar, but never took the time to do.

I need to sit down and acually practice again. It's been way too long since I have.

Usually I just noodle.

I have a tendency to noodle as well. I found that practicing something completely different from your normal stuff helps with that....so in my case, sweep picking arpeggios and jimi hendrix

I just found out that hall of Hall and oates fame is a big minus the bear fan. That kind of stuff always makes me smile for some reason.

They have a whole web series where he invites musicians to his home studio and they just shoot the shit then jam on something. He did one with Chromeo.

(because I know you're all so interested in my job situation) I'm getting flown out to DC sometime next week for a marathon of meetings! Squeeee this is very good. I just need an 80's montage of me like reviewing my resume and practicing introducing myself and getting quizzed on potential interview questions on top of a cliff while the sun rises and forms an iconic siloette.
