I didn't say having a court was a bad thing,
What I said was that you can't have your major goal to be a president that will uphold the constitution
when there are many many grey areas in the document itself that need a court to discern,

Point wasn't to throw out the existing document but to illustrate that it is merely a piece of paper that provides some fame work for our country.

I do think in some areas we have to acknowledge that "Best at the time" probably leaves some big holes in some of the bullet points people like to hammer on.

Right to bear arms, made sense when the farmers and soldiers both had guns, but makes less sense when the farmers still have guns and the government now can kill you with a drone while you are in your car, from an office 3000 miles away.
