it's halfway on the pickguard and off
I don't care if the pickguard surrounds the bridge pickup or not, but I'd've placed the controls to follow the curve of the lower bout.

Part of me wants to be impatient and cancel my order.
The other part of me wants that freaking guitar to be a real thing and, also, doesn't want to be out $700

You've waited this long already, why back out (and lose your depo$it) now? I hear ya tho, this wait time is HEINOUSLY underestimated.

They do, skullservant had some installed in his Obstructures not too long ago. Just email for a price quote.

I just get tempted by other guitars.
I have to talk myself out of spending money on guitars because "my EGC will come someday."

I was updated with a "couple of weeks" on my double neck. Most people would assume that to mean 2, maybe 3 weeks but I'll be pleasantly surprised if I see it in less than 10.

I wish i could say i couldnt believe you guys havent gotten your guitars yet. I will caution you though man...i know theres a certain someone here that talks shit to a certain someone about whenever negative things are posted here. Or at least thats what a certain someone told me when they asked me to delete a certain thread. It certainly seems like they would be petty enough to put certain orders on the back burner for a certain period of time if certain things were said in certain threads.

Certainly you're not certain?

I wouldn't doubt it. At least they haven't gotten any more than my deposit from me. If they don't want to be paid then that's on them.

I still want them to make me a 12 string with a trem on it. I'd wait. I contacted them about it and never heard back though. They may have thought I was nuts based on what I was asking for, and they are probably right, but if I can make it work with wood, there is no reason not to do it in alum...

I guess they might be able to tell by the specifications. It would seem like an awful business move to piss off a whole forum like that. These can't be the only people that bitch about wait time. Then again we've already seen some weird moves from those guys.
In other news the studio owner told me mine was the best alu necked instrument he'd ever played. And the dude owns a real Travis Bean.

The certainty is certainly shocking.
