Dabbled back in the day and sort of decided it wasn't for me. I should probably give it more of a shot considering a few of my favorite shows are VN based.

Also, I'm a huge sap and have an extremely strict policy in the reading of "those" doujinshi when it comes to romances I really liked. Some authors are fucked up and I don't want to wreck it for myself in the case of improper tagging ect. Plus it feels weirdly voyeuristic even though the characters aren't real? So... yeah.

Watching the Steins; Gate movie tonight, kinda excited. I think the show ended perfectly, and I don't need to know what happens next. Still, the show was so entertaining, I think I'll enjoy the flick.

Tried watching Space Dandy ages ago. Now it's totally clicked with me, absolutely gorgeous visuals and has a really cool soundtrack. Feels like it is super "Hitchhickers Guide" influenced.

I've been watching Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun on the recommendation of a friend and holy shit it's the funniest series I've watched in ages. Wasn't even on my radar.

Yeah that show was great! I didn't pick it up when it was airing cos it didn't seem interesting but it ended up being better than just about every other show that season.

That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a while.

Pretty much every anime mentioned on this page is awesome. I've been watching a billion different things. I just watched 5cm per second, which is SUPERB. The animation is fuckin' top notch. It's like if terrence malick made an anime. Harmonie is another real good one I just watched only about 25 minutes long. Just an interesting/original short. It's nice to take a break from all the incest, kids running with toast in their mouth, and dudes tripping into vaginas.

As far as VN's go, I bought School Days HQ....and yah these games aren't really for me. I just want to get a Setsuna ending, but I keep losing interest. Came with an awesome Kotonoha mousepad, though.

Yeah nah for sure. There are a bunch of cool shorts and random one off OVAs and stuff out there. Time Of Eve is one of my favourites.

Curling up in bed, getting immersed in that melancholy. I liked everything about it.

Normally i'd agree. But Psycho-Pass tends to end every episode with a heavy note, so i've found it good to let things gel in my mind. Season 2 is only 11 episodes, and we're coming upto the 9th... so you could just jump in now.


Space Dandy is too good. It rivals that Zombie episode, baby.
