What is the graphic looking like now?

Also just for the sake of saying it.. the noise switch cap lift on the SM from the devi notes is cool in the TP, particularly with starve. :erm:

The starve was an insist to my designer on the From Hell version that we have the schematic for - it really makes the options in the thing fly.

Other than that I gave him carte blanche - I trust his ears on germanium stuff, so letting him at it for the rest...was easy.

Jwar, it's just a .jpg, so screenshot that thing & save it as a .png and chop it up real good & repost it! :joy:

Same goes for anyone else, for that matter! :animal:

I'm actually editing it in Pages like an adult without an Adobe license, so I'd rather we just pool ideas & the finished thing will be 110% to scale 4 stickering or whatever!

I considered just printing a sticker with a logo that would wrap around the top part & sides of the enclosure (without any control labels), instead? :idk:

Kind of like this:
NSFW: show

...but way less crappy looking! :erm: We gotta fit in the electrical tape aesthetic, somehow...
I was doing a test run of epoxy to see if I could help on this project or not. Have had issues with epoxy and seem to have work it out. Turned out great IMO. I'd love to try this specific image though and will soon. :) I was thinking of putting on stickers and putting epoxy over the top to keep them from dying later. It worked really well. I'm actually super surprised and all I used was super glue (LOL), photo printer paper, epoxy and a torch. Modge Podge works great if you have it. I had super glue. hahaha

If anyone wants, I'll make this graphic for fun and post it?

Where does Ryan at Dr. Scientist get his logo sticker things made? I need to ask him. Those would be fucking killer to label with. They are thick and stick amazing as well.

Jero, can you make a pcb that looks real nice, make sure the guts look all instagram #gutshots good... and then just haphazardly cover it in black electrical tape?

My test pattern appears to be a 33 board and a SM board built separately and wrapped with electrical tape.

^that's the original Test Pattern, with some gods know what odds and sods parts and much swearing.

Charlotte hated the things, they were cursed.

I am loathe to take the tape out of my original to see because, welll....yea.

the "from Hell" is taking the available info and letting a guy who is an actual EE make some improvements on it.

PCB ideas:

"Follow the snorks toward the whiff-filled glands..." (probably better 4 the Wizard Fountain)
"Console v.0.n0"
"Cheers was filmed before a live studio audience..."
"I PWN U (TURN IT ON!)"
NSFW: show
Image
Also, Sticker Mule's deal this week is 50 die cut 3x3's for $9 (with a few bux more for shipping), if anyone agrees/wants/needs (again, seems more appropriate for Wizard Fountain, but...) :joy:

Makes sense, that was pretty common with DE builds (as I'm sure you're well aware). This has the noise switch, starve pot, an additional function switch, then the normal mode toggle (plus volume and intensity) currently.

100% the plan

I have the same sticker paper Eric used down in my notes somewhere, that's what will get used on the Wizard Fountains (and these most likely). That sticker mule deal isn't bad. I've gotten a few promos from them for a dozen stickers for $1 and use it for Stomping Stones ones. I'm out now though

I mean if we’re doing sticker artwork, you’ve gotta do a limited run (say, the first... 13  ) with that deliciously trashy laser jet home printer sticker from those early days! :!!!:

Real talk though, I love the “Test Card F” artwork. That one’s got my vote!

Btw, did I miss the price on this? I could’ve sworn it was posted, but maybe I’m crazy. Was that post edited out? :idk:

Totally stoked for all the weird, wonderful shades that this thing’s gonna bring to the table!
