I'm loving the Alexander Super Neo-Matic for it's flanger like sounds. I still want an EHX flanger hoax.

^ Sounds alright? Not purple enough, and a bit large, but.

I'm in the market for a flanger at the moment and am leaning towards the EQD Pyramids (mainly because of the trigger function) but am yet to be properly impressed with a digital flanger :idk: Vintage A/DA and EHX is where it's at but I'm over dealing with funky power supplies and stuff.
I always wanted a Spectre but can't find one anywhere now. Super Neo-Matic is tempting, too.

The Alexander F.13 Neo Flanger is dope. I had the A/DA flanger and this is gets pretty close to the sounds I liked although the sweep is a bit different (more springy feeling?). This gets just as sci-fi and ridiculous as the A/DA but I don't use flangers that way except for a laugh. I haven't been able to dial in the super resonant parked flange steel drum sounds in quite the same way as the A/DA though. The F.13 has 4 presets that you can save and a bunch of other features that are sick. The delay mode rules and there is a touch sensitive dynamic mode also. And it is small!

The best, and most elusive, of flanger sounds. :summon:  :snax:

It's pretty basic but I'm tempted by the new Ibanez mini flanger:

I've got the Ibanez mini chorus and it's great for a basic chorus sound but wouldn't be a good choice for someone that wants a lot of versatility. Nice colour too!

i got a Dreadbox Komorebi recently and its very cool. i think im going to sell it bc i thought it would be less flangey/more chorusy? which was my bad. the frozen sounds are great though and it get get pretty wonky with the waveforms

Recently scored a Guyatone PS-004. Shortest delay time in a flanger. Evar. I  short time flangers.
