Please excuse me, I hate to be that guy who quotes a post from page 2 on page 6, but dang Sharktooth, I like your taste in modules. I decided some time ago that modular synth as an instrument is not for me, for reasons similar to Invisible Man's statement on page 3
Thank you, but in reality I don't own a single Euro-Module. This is as modular as I go...

I have a couple other stand alone VCO thingys (the makers even call them that!). I like to throw them through the MS-20 Mini and then through pedals. Very primitive on my end.

I have other synths but they're fixed hardware. The next step in my life is making 'quick and dirty VCOs' ala the retired Repeater Electronics tumblr. I'm not a DIY guy so this is going to be a slow process. Maybe I will even make 'music' one day
@dermo - I've seen your set ups -> Right back at you

The thing with the green design and the two knobs (olegtron I think?) - is it actually useful? I haven't really seen/heard anything of it that made me want one, though i remember reading about it around the time it was first being released and getting excited.

Correct! I'm guilty of not playing with it enough but I bought it for the purposes of 'learning' and controlling the Horndog.

Oh crap that video is you! I watched it tonnes of times in the buildup to getting my Horndog. Small world. Obviously I paid no attention to the olegtron as I was GASsing over the horndog. Cool!

NO NO NO NO! Not me! Cannot take credit! That was just my point of reference. Did not mean to imply otherwise, sorry!

Although I do hope to have videos up soon. They're going to be 'Non-Linear' and 'Abstract' though. Anti-Demos.
I've been gassing over Trogotronic stuff for years now. Never pulled the plug.

I rock a 669 and it's one of the most used pieces of gear in my arsenal. Perfect for the many occasions when brute noise injection is indicated.

lordgalvar lent me his 669 for a while and it was one of the coolest things I've ever used

That lorgalvar man...he's a wizard. He and Eivind got me lusting for RMA stuff and that sort of replaced the Trog lust (I know they're different but this is just how my friggin brain opereates).

Ah ok! Anti-demo sounds intriguing. Are trogotronic still going? Have never heard of anyone with any of their stuff until now. Would love to try something out.

Plenty of 669 and 679 in my videos too

love them in euro format, getting them synced with everything. I have the m12 now too, which generates decay envelopes from gates, triggers, or low/instrument level audio.
