Jesus, did that really happen? I just assumed it was an urban legend type thing.
Not in some weird meninist rape-denial way, lest anyone think that, I wouldn't be surprised if he was violent towards his partner... just in like... some of the details of the alleged sexual assault sounded like something a junior high student would make up for a creepypasta forum.
