I don't want to make excuses. That does happen from time to time. It definitely seemed more reliable when we had a direct link to our email on our website, but that also meant getting lost in the shuffle P3N15 pill spambots, Russian brides and Nigerian princes everyday. It is definitely more manageable now, but I know it isn't perfect. I've thought about adding a confirmation of receipt email on our website to make sure people know whether or not it went through, but I'm skeptical of the risk of our website's IP address generating too many emails. As it is I know our order receipt emails often get stuck in spam folders.

Subdecay is a small company and there's always issues of time and bandwidth. I want communication to be thoughtful and efficient. We've learned a lot as a company over the years, but we can do better.

I can assure you that you do better than some others compagny who don't reply at all. Lollar been one of them.

Agreed. Glad to see the proteus revamp but that blue is not very becoming.
