Well, glad I never picked one of those up. That is such a dumb thing to not include.

Flashback X4 looper is worse than the DL4.

Source: Owned X4, sold it.

22500 for live looping sucks hard, unless you are using it on a top table.

Could you talk about this? I was pretty close to buying one used...

Love the Timeline, but sometimes I want multiple loops.

fuck me sideways, aren't we in 2016 and some shitshow it is.
why don't we have loopers that loop in a logical way for us?

why does the flashback x4 suck more than the dl4? I didn't LOVE the dl4 at all and dumped it after a bit.
now the headrush e2 I do love but the time be too short.
WTF
ALSO TRAFFIC CAN SUCK IT
and by it I mean my KACK

You need to use the rotary encoder in order to do pretty much anything but starting/stopping a loop.

Push, turn, push, hold, push... It's a fucking nightmare.

FUCK
so ditto x2 seems like the most solid simple looper out
then the timeline?
that's a huge expanse between the 2!

The global effects on the Ditto X4 are a pain, but otherwise that one seems better than the 22500 now that I think of it... I don't care at all for banks of saved loops or built in, awful sounding drum machines. The X4 seems to have a much more intuitive way to switch between the two loops, if it's in the right mode. Plus the fade-out on the Ditto always seemed cool to me.

But a big problem is that I hate the TC footswitches. It's bad enough to lose a Polytune mini because the footswitch dies, and the Ditto X4 has FOUR of them. This is also a problem for the X2, imho.

Anyone use the Boomerang III with MIDI clock sync? Very interested in picking up the new Drumbrute and have a casual interest in syncing some loops.

Heard a rumor from somewhere that the Boomerang Side Car is no longer being made. Sort of a deal killer to not have it.

TC Electronic uses the same flawed tactile switch as the Line 6 DL4. Replacement should be just as easy.

Never had a problem with the TC switches. What happens to them/what are you doing to them?

I never realized they used tactile switches.

This is what you're actually pressing when you hit the footswitch. So, if you hit it hard enough, bye.
