What do you guys think of King of the Hill? 4/5ths of the ones I've seen haven't been that funny, but there recently was this hilarious one on.

King of the hills a show i'd call a pretty colour show... it holds my attention with a basic storyline, has some vibrant colours and the occasional little laugh... nothing special, nothing too bad, occasionaly they do get a good one though.

I'm not too keen on several of the characters though I think which doesn't help, but if it's on and there's not a lot else on, it passes the time.

Adventure Time looks like i'm gunna have to stock up on drugs though... I feel my mind may get transported back in time and to mars aswell.

As for Curb your enthusiasm sometimes I just cant take the feeling of those it's me it's you shows lol.. ends up feeling like it is me funny as they are, i'l give it a go though!

I'm kinda late to this thread, but...

Boosh=Awesome.

Ryan wrote:Awesome, Scruffie, you gotta get yourself the first season of Always Sunny and see what you think.. it's really one of my favourite comedies ever and in no way like any typical sitcom you've ever seen.

:thumb: Amazing show!
I don't have cable, but I'm psyched to have a friend taping the new episodes for me as they air. I've got the rest on DVD. :joy:

Ryan wrote:Torchwood, I pretty much like it just as much.. Captain Jack rules.

Captain Freakin Jack. Awesome show...the only thing I haven't seen yet is the season 3 stand-in mini-series thing.

Ryan wrote:I've got some Flapjack coming my way, looking forward to checking it out!

Flapjack is pretty special. :) That and Chowder.

I always love Home Movies too.

Adventure Time looks really good! Totally mathematical!

Tommy, welcome to the thread, better late than never sir! Looks like you've got some fine taste.

King of the Hill just never appealed to me, I think it's really... not funny.. not my style anyway. I don't wanna rip on it as I'm sure it has its good points, its just never called to me.

Any UKers watch a show called Benidorm? We just got into it this weekend, it's got Moz from Ideal in it.. pretty funny show.

I don't really like it either, but I was flipping through channels, and I stumbled upon a funny part of an episode... Didn't watch the whole thing, I just wanted to ask if anyone thought it was good enough to watch all the way. I guess not.

Yeah i've seen a few Benidorm, Johnny Vegas is pretty good, I like what a horrible but pretty much true picture it paints of those resorts.

Perhaps we should have a I love you Dr. Scientist music conversation thread aswell, what sorta stuff do you like Ryan?

Just doing my design for your t-shirt competition aswell... fingers crossed.

I'll move my metalocalypse rants here, it seems more fitting.

GIbson is releasing a Dethklok sig this month! I hope they make an explorer...
Though it may be a BFG since Brendon has been using them in the studio. A stripped down LP w/kill switch and a burstbucker in the bridge/p-90 in the neck seems pretty sweet.

My birthday is on monday...I smell a present to myself

I heard Brendon wanted to make it an affordable Gibson, so we'll see...I'm holding off on all purchases until they release the details.

Just got back from Dethklok and it was flippin awesome! Brendon has to be about the most badass dude ever.. I want to be like him when I grow up. He played an Explorer for nearly every song but switched to a black strat looking guitar for a couple. The second guitar player, Kenny Rogers, was super badass too, he played some kind of a V guitar.. very metally looking. That guy might not have been Kenny Rogers though... he also looked a lot like Jerry Garcia... *spooky music*

Really awesome show though, I loved it and they played perfect songs. MURMAIDER MURMAIDER MURMAIDER

Friday we get to go see the Blue Man group and go backstage.. their band is buying 3 pedals off us and got us 3 tickets and passes too.
