Mine has a kind of weird sub octave thing going on. I'd call that heavy. Don't know if the sub octave thing is normal or just the one i've got, but I love it.

Maybe someone who has owned a few percolators might know more about this sub octave thing.

IIRC, by design it emphasizes positive+summed sub harmonics.
Single notes bite. But playing 2 notes (powerchords) is when they roar.
Especially into a dirty amp.
But
which HP makes a difference, as does the instrument & amp used...and the user most of all...
What were your variables when you had it @Jero? And did you use clean or dirty platform?
I recently found this clip:

I'd like to get my HP up on an oscilloscope.

I still need to try one of those bad-boys out.
I think I'm starting to be disenchanted by Muffs, tho...
While it may not be the heaviest on it's own, the Kill Kill Filter makes almost any gain pedal infinitely heavier, so I'll say that's mine currently.
Start using vintage Muffs more
And good call at the Kill Kill Filter. The Frostwave Resonator def shares similar MORE HEAVY stacking potential.

Digit, who traced the PLL and released the schematic just did the Frostwave. I guess there will be a small run of PCBs in the near future. Can't wait!!!!

So got some time with the Dunwich tourbox today.
Holy shitballs heavy territory in that thing.
Volt thrower (Rat based) Left Hand path (HM2 based) were my favorites. All of them, except the one knob,

were EXTREMELY versatile.

GUH! Can't wait to hear those demos.
Also, I got to play with my setup again this arvo. Pretty much a combination of anything plus Black Forest = Total Fucking annihilation, but paired with the revelation superbass, the sound is thick, brutal, still defined and soooo fucking HEAVYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
How do I put them in one enclosure (Coven style) to appease these thread gods without ruining each pedal?

I know I suck, but I have a dark boost edition of a Truly Beautiful Disaster. It isn't heavy in a traditional sense (chug-a-chug-chug. chugggy chugga-ga-chug), but in the right application it is heavy as walking into a church with a 20 lb load dropped in your pants. and sitting on the pew and bitching that the preacher failed bible college. then shouting pissfucktitties and kicking the soundman out of place and putting on some slayer.
God, life is good sometimes.

Anyone tried this? This sounds fairly heavy. It has piqued my interest. It is a combo of the Musket and Fix'd fuzz. This special modded version differs from "The Twosome" in that you can stack them. You can't do that with the regular Twosome which seems silly.
