Hi there, its UG again. This time we've got the Red Witch Famulus Od into the Red Panda particle. I didn't do any tweaking of the knobs, just set em where they sounded good and let er fly. I still need to read the manual for the particle...Hope you enjoy!
Thanks That was really the first time I actually improv'd with the particle, really cool pedal. still don't know what it does but it's capable of really interesting sounds in that one mode I was in. 7 more modes to go

Trying out the Red Panda with the Knas Moisturizer. I have a 4ms noise swash hooked up via cv to the knas' filter mode, and the goatkeeper lfo into the knas' vcf cutoff freq. There's an ear ad4096 after the particle.
silvertone 1448 > roland double beat > knas moisturizer > red panda > ear > ac15. The knas killed my bow
Hope you like

So here we have the Ace Tone FM-2 with the Red Panda. Still trying to figure out the panda, so i'm working on two of the other modes. I'll get to what the knobs do eventually, for now they turn and make awesome happen
Signal chain was silvertone 1448 into van amps sole mate jr > maestro sustainer > ace tone FM-2 > lal super oscillo fuzz 88 > infanem analogue harmony synth > red panda > oto biscuit > vox ac15. i really like the two tones of the fm-2. Hope you enjoy
Got the Muffler Meat today, thought I'd give it's first listen with the conn multi-vider. The signal wasn't strong enough so I added an od, that helped some. Pretty cool pedal with alot of room to work with, nice filters and pretty ballsy when the gain is dimed. The case is etched and looks really nice if that sort of thing matters to you. I think i'm going to go play with this pedal now. Hope you like the vid.
Hey now. Here we've got the red panda particle and the muffler meat playing together nicely. Lo-fi loop from grendel and oto. lo-fi guitar from 7" reel to reel recorder/player. lots of knob twisting going on that demonstrate how little I know about what i'm doing with the red panda. enjoy

So I received my vintage B.K. Butler Mini Matrix, pics in the GAS thread, and already had some effects set up so I just threw it in front and away we go. Oh, so there is also a creepy fingers os mutantes into a dr. s cosmichorus into an ear ad4096. Originally this was going to be my first listen to the cosmichorus. So there. The matrix get warm, I'm surprised there are no ventilation holes.....can't be good for the tubes lifespan. It also has alot of gain on tap, I didn't take the master volume above 3 or 4....I didn't want to overdrive the iphone's mic anymore than I already do...except when all the other pedals were going. Its like a mini preamp...master, treble mid and bass that are very responsive, also a treble booster toggle that adds some top end sparkle, and the drive when pushed takes it from od into fuzzyness. Really happy with this tube powered boost/eq/od/fuzz pedal. wOw, a tube drive pedal into a tube amp....heaven. I bet this would warm up a solid state amp really well. Dr. S seems like I'm going to need to spend some more time with. Enjoy
AnD the Dr. Scientist Cosmichorus. I think I know what the knobbies do, lets see how they sound shall we. Using the Mini Matrix up front to fatten up the sound and and an ear ad4096 for its qualities.
Hope you like it, or don't. But I hope you do

Pretty cool chorus, i like the ring modish tones when the rate is dimed. Neat textures are added from the three way toggle switch for the clock and its designated knob to fine tune. Still not certain of invert or when or what settings its best exploited. seems to handle fuzz great so i just played it straight with the Mini Matrix fattening up the tone. Overall really happy with the purchase, along with the eqd sea machine and red witch empress chorus and boss ce-1 i think i've got chorus covered. Someone mentioned getting Randy's Revenge tones from the cosmichorus.....i dont know but Randy's been on the radar what with all of its cv options, they really sweeten the deal. But anyways, still alot of hours to put on the cosmichorus finding what nice combos for the cv inputs.

Some more Red Panda Fun. This time with a Red Witch Pentavocal and a Ghost Effects Si Pep Box. I love how the pentavocal trem doesn't drop lowend thanks to its volume and bass/treble cut/boost controls.
Here's what I've learned today.

Hey buddy i'm back with more Red pandamonia. This time i'm working through something to do with the LFO mode mostly. the ol 69 mustang into the ace-tone fm-2 into an a/da flanger set towards pitch shifting more than flanging.....is that right? flanging, flangeing, flangering? it don't matter cause we got some sounds to check out. hope they bring peace and joy to you all.

Hey you. Back with the Panda. Going through 5 of the modes, i think the other three involve an expression pedal. This time the grendel drone commander is bringing the tone into the noise swash > phaseur moire > particle > biscuit.
goatkeeper lfo out into noise swash
fooger freqbox env and osc out into the phaseur moire
grendel clock out into fooger wave in.
Why don't you give somebody a hug, I'm sure they need one. Statistically people are more depressed this time of year than any other. or maybe i made that up.
