MIJ Fender Strat
MIJ Epiphone SG-70
Orange OR15
Home-brewed 4x12s

As much as I'd love to have some of the high-octane rigs some of you guys have, it would be a total waste of gear for me. Both of my sons are autistic and have some sensory issues when it comes to loud volumes. So, my rig is relegated to the garage. Not a big deal, though. Nice little escape when time allows.
Still in the process of completing the collection. Need to add a Tele and an LP with P-90s. Also need to find a decent amp that handles fuzz pedals...my Orange absolutely despises any OD or fuzzbox.
Dude, never forget MINI DOOM IS STILL DOOM!
Also, I third the notion of extending kudos for considering your boys' needs.
Vid, why are trying to justify buying more dirt?

i don't NEED it, per se, but i want to try it. I'm hoping it's awful but i'm not gonna bet money on that

I think you do need it. I was checking up on your gear percentages and life support system, you were about to go into a comma without the Elements. You've saved your life, mate.
How corny was that?
vidret wrote:t-rey and angry - you guyses gear is so similar to taste in mine, i'd rock that so hard.
pelliott - you make it easier on me to justify more dirt. thanks man.
the rest of you - you've got too much vintage shit for me to even appreciate, but i know in my heart it's tru-.. doom.
Believe it or not but I don't think I've ever tried the Thunder 30 yet. I might have tried it, but it could have been the AD30 or the Dual Terror. I want to either way.

the stereo chorus is just used as a signal splitter. Top row goes to the bass amp, usually clean but with the GGG muff in the big bottom loop on sometimes, DS1 goes to the marshall and is on all the time.
edit: big photos, sorry.

You're welcome. Do what make you happy.
That's actually me scaling back on the dirt, too. It's difficult not to slide the Dirt Transmitter and HM-2 and Sovtek Muff and myriad others on there.

Haha! Yeah its a few pages back, its mini doom, so you probably zoomed straight over it. Its not so large scale cause I keep taking my broke ass shit apart to fix it, then I run out of time and money.
I have a 4x12 in my garage that is stripped and empty and waiting for tolex and new speakers, along with my crusty frankenstrat, in bits, waiting for new pickups, along with my small clone, in bits, halfway through some mods....and a big muff, also half started.
Man, I am fuckin ADD with gear...
