all that stuff at once will have you bollocked up for three months just figuring out what all the new boxes do. i'd get the RR first and learn to do all kinds of sick and diseased things with it since it appears to offer the most options, or go with a looper so you can maximize your other gear.

regarding the VB-99, are you SURE it has no latency? it'd sure suck to unload a bunch of gear you love and then find out you'd bought a pig in a slow poke.

It's actually a second looper, to compliment my Boomerang. I use it for delay too, but I really feel like I'd make great use with a standalone. And I've been plugging my mic into my effects lately, and I feel like a vocoder would be so much fun. RR actually seems like it'd get the least use out of any of those. But hnnggg.

Yeah, I have read and read and watched demos. No latency. It isn't a pitch to midi, which always has latency.

I've convinced myself that my PH-3 is covering my phaser needs for now; currently resisting Whetstone/Faye Sing.

Timeline GAS hurts my head, because I also have El Cap GAS (the Brigadier GAS wore off). If only Strymon stuff was a little cheaper...

Any opinions? I'd rather be pointed in a direction to focus all my GAS.

PT2399 delay chips can really be pushed into analog sounding realms quite easily. I'd most definitely check out Madbean's Cave Dweller build. I really should do a demo of mine

Playing an active bass and I'm going to buy:

MXR Carbon Copy - for the feedback and oscillation knob turning mostly
POG2 - octaves and synth/organ sounds
Xerograph Deluxe - sweep and static LPF
FEA Dual Band Distortion - Karnivool bass distortion in a box?
Turbo Tuner - need the 432Hz option cuz 440 is too mainstream

What shouldn't I buy and why? (I'll gladly take things that work better/are more functional into consideration :snax: )

And whatever you do, get the xerograph!

Also, I didn't really love the CC that much on bass when I had one, but the oscillations are fun.
