I'm getting that vibe, but it seems to do a shifting thing. Like it doesn't just add a shimmer , it adds it and then changes pitch like its slowing up.
Is there a way to just add the shimmer?

Goddamnit. I REALLY CAN'T AFFORD THIS RIGHT NOW!

Right, not quite the same sound as a PS-3 but along the same lines. The Rainbow Machine seems more tweakable though with an intuitive control set. Oh, plus there's magic involved.
A Pitchfactor probably gets these sounds too (never tried one myself) but based on that demo, the EQD looks to be one of the simpler pedals I've seen that ranges from fairly mild to completely whack, yet usable Pitch Shifting/Delay.

Does it do trails? In the vid it seems to continue during andy talking and wasn't sure if just overdubs or a trail.

Double Rainbow would rock so hard. If you chained 2 together, you get so many more pitch options!

Nothing like it at all.

The POG line deals in octaves, the MicroPog being the most limited of the bunch. The Rainbow Machine produces pitch shifting harmonies + delay + oscillation/magic.
I saw a mention somewhere of getting this to replace a POG2 but they don't seem to cover the same ground at all, not even slightly. The HOG can do harmonies but no delay or magic involved...

it seems like the difference is that this one is more likely to give me a raging boner.
