Just read through the thread about the new Catalinbread pedal graphics and circuit updates. Nic and his team did a ton of work basically rebuilding that company from the ground up for no other reason than to make a better product. Do you think anyone there appreciates it? Fuck no. All I read was "I liked the old graphics better" and "The type design on the new pedals suck."
Fuck that place and those ungrateful little turds.

that old catalinbread before their refurbishment - you know, the vintage ones - the do sound a lot better (with my dumble).

I came over from there. Tons of info there, if you can stand to sift through all the lame-o blues-dad douche-baggery. I usually have to take long breaks from it so I don't blow all my money in the emporium/my head off.

I'll post some links later, but a dude found a shim in his Custom Shop Strat that he bought from Wildwood Guitars. Mike Eldred from the Custom Shop pipes in and says either the dude is lying or Wildwood put the shim in there. This goes on for a few threads and spawns a number of parody threads. Eventually Mike Eldred makes a public apology to everyone involved and hasn't logged on since.
