Hmm that's actually a pretty interesting idea. I'll have to give that a try.
For some reason I have this urge to build some crazy Big Muff right now.

It's the pre-amp of the Meatsmoke in pedal form, I believe.

i fucking want that...how much?
anyway, blasted my bass through this today. there need to be more basscentric tonebenders...this thing has some massive low-end, and a great gnawing decay.

While I'm sure it sounds awesome, they ought to do a different form factor if it's going to be a production pedal; that doesn't look like it will fit inside most board cases...

So, should I trade my Sonic VI B&M Champion Fuzz Unit for a Valve Klipper?
What to do?

When I had some money to blow I was going to ask Ben if he would make the Meatsmoke preamp into a tiny head shell ala Tiny Terror size or smaller. I think that'd be a better solution

Having played a Meatsmoke, I can only imagine how awesome that preamp pedal is going to be. Might be an answer to my never-satisfied-with-bass-dirt dilemma. I will have to prod my friends' store, who are a Verellen dealer, into getting one.
