Not Scandinavia but I was explaining Icelandic cuisine to a buddy a couple years ago and his reactions were priceless. It was equally 'not surprised' but 'offended'.

I feel like this is a controlled burn, to keep us from digging deeper and finding out you were a huge Dave Matthews Band fan.

Nah, I could never stand Dave Matthews, and John Mayer too while we're at it. I think Mayer is a fantastic musician who plays cool stuff live sometimes, but his radio music is trash.

I saw Type O Negative live..

I've listened to almost no Nirvana in my 31 years. Going through their material now.

Being from the inland northwest and now 37.. sadly I listened to it all when it came out, on repeat.. I haven't listened to In Utero in probably 18 years or something. It was always my favorite.

Tonight I went into a Guitar Center, chit chatted with some of the staff about guitars and amps for a while, played out of tune guitar very self consciously (it was DEAD QUIET) for a few minutes, then ate Arby's in the dark in my car and contemplated quitting music for a while.

I go to the guitar center sometimes to kill time? There’s one next to my wife’s work, and I’ll go kill time there before I pick her up. Though, I haven’t been there in a while. They started recognizing me, so, I stopped going there....

YES. That's the worst.

Anonymity means nobody gives a shit that you didn't buy anything.
