You return to say the most beautiful thing!
Went swimming the other night, now I have bug bites like crazy, but only on my left leg...

Righty is just fine except for one on the inside ankle. Left is bit up like crazy though anywhere below the knee.

bigchiefbc wrote:Technically, they need probable cause to arrest you, not just suspicion. However, in reality, most of the time, whatever a cop feels like writing down is considered as valid probable cause, so you could just argue it''s all moot. As prosecutors have gloated before about being able to indict the proverbial "ham sandwich" if they feel like it.
Correct. When I was writing my mind went blank on probable cause. I, for whatever reason, just couldn't think of the term.

So I used suspicion for lack of the correct phrase.

I'm not sure about other states but in Florida "Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobriety test required by law." is
printed on the front of every Drivers License.

I don't think you can opt out of the sobriety tests here in California, I'm not really sure, but you can deny the breathalyzer and blood tests, but when you do that they basically just assume that you're intoxicated and basically you get the same punishment that I've had so far but instead they don't really know what you were intoxicated with. So basically they take your license and tow your car, I'm not really sure what happens beyond that.
I hope they don't suspend my license. This could potentially really fuck me over for a while.

In most states (I can't be certain of every one), the breathalyzer the cop has in his car is not a real breathalyzer. It is called a PBT (preliminary breath test), and you can absolutely refuse to take it without any legal penalty. That's because they are pathetically inaccurate and not admissible in court. However, the real breathalyzer back at the police station is very accurate, is admissible, and if you refuse to take that one, THAT is when they take your license. And that is the test that the "implied consent" laws are talking about.
And also in most states you can absolutely refuse any other type of field sobriety test (standing on one foot, walking a line, etc) without any penalty as well. Know your rights peeps. But check the laws in your state, don't just take my word for it

I don't play often when I go in but when I do, I forget everything.
Every time I go into a record store, I forget everything that I wanted to find.
You could ask me what bands I'm listening to and I wouldn't even be able to remember their names. The fuck.
Both of these are so damn frustrating as well. ESPECIALLY WITH RECORD STORES.
I've written out lists and shit before and still forget.

Word.
Frankly I was kinda pissed they arrested me after the field sobriety tests. I did them as perfectly as any sober person would. Like for example they made me do this thing where they timed how long it would take me to count 30 seconds with my eyes closed and I saw what he wrote down and it took me 31 seconds. I'm pretty sure that means my brain was working fine, but they still arrested me.

I feel like facebook should have a statute of limitations on photos. I mean if something embarrassing gets on camera and its put up within the next week or so, that's cool. But waiting until three months later, that's just weird as fuck. That was just a tangent.
Exes with great boobs suck. Those things will haunt you.
I'm sooooooo tired. I'm starting to feel run down from working as much as I have lately.

Fragile, upper-harmonics are at a premium.
