Yup, 122 preset slots available. And thanks to midi, you can store even more in your DAW sessions by sending midi parameters to the thing instead of a preset switch.

Don't chase me with pitchforks.
I'm not noticing any noise on mine (either as a sound generator or processor).
Certain patches are definitely noisy.
Quad delay is a notable example.

But it's patch to patch, and I'm sure there's a reason.
It could maybe be sorted out if you had the gumption, but I did notice a trend of delay patches being noisier.
Maybe that's just be a thing.

But listen:
I don't usually outright advocate for anything, but the Organelle is worth it.
It just is.
I honestly have trouble seeing how it isn't easily worth the money. For everyone.
As long as you aren't entirely stuck in your ways as a musician, the Organelle will satisfy.
And continue to get better everyday with no foreseeable end in sight.

Worth the price of a few pedals in my opinion.

On mine, the quad delay adds some noise while you are holding the aux button, but I didn't find it particularly noisy while playing back. And I actually didn't notice the other delays being noisy even when holding aux. Maybe I'm going deaf :) Are you just using the stock patches?

It's only when he had the tone down, so they'll make it higher for the shimmery clean pew tones.
Yeah was gonna say this. IIRC he had the tone pretty dark throughout. Which sounds gorgeous.

It was just as grainy/distorted regardless of how he had the knob set? I mean it sounds good, it just doesn't sound anything like the teaser JustNick or Chase Bliss Audio did. If it can get clean as well as grainy and weird, that's great! I just didn't hear anything in the demo that made it sound like this could get clean at all.

the tape saturation effect is introduced based on dynamics. Generally speaking, it reveals itself more and more as the delay decays. KNOBs is a dynamic player and generally in this demo plays lightly which introduces more of the saturation sooner. In short, the amount of saturation on the delays (at least initially) depends on the dynamics of the player. It can really respond differently in different contexts in this way.

So if you brickwall it the delays will be clean the longest?

Asking for a friend.

I think it's more a knobs thing. He tends to go after grainier sounds in general. And it seems to happen more when the feedback is cranked. Check out this short clip to hear a cleaner tone on it. https://www.instagram.com/p/BEvrWQ4Fluu/

edit: the crator beat me to it, listen to him instead.

That's really cool! So, if you feed it a louder signal the repeats are going to be cleaner than if you feed it quieter one?

Yes, but eventually if you have a long regeneration the delays will recede in signal strength and they will start saturating all sexy like.

Yes for a time. Or always clean if you don't have many repeats. A slapback or shorter delay with a stronger signal will essentially not have any distortion.
