my best friend in the world arrived in Chicago tonight for an extended weekend cos her mother's 90th birthday is this weekend. i am SO HAPPY to get to see someone i actually know and love...it's lonely as hell here. we've known each other since we were 14, and ever since my ex left we've talked to each other on the phone almost every night. we're going to drive up to Michigan for MMJ and a stop to visit some of her old friends in Kalamazoo. so i get to hang with her all day tomorrow
