My guys, the Sunburst is my new '65 AVRI that I got for a freaking steal the other day, and the red one has some cool wiring, a vol and tone for each pickup and a series parallel switch that I finally got round to doing.

Hot page is hot.

Yeah this was going to be my more traditional tele but the body is semi hollow with back contour. I was in a serious middle aged dad phase when I did that one.

Just put a tele together myself, and I scratched it immediately while positioning the hardware. Takes a lot to think of everything. I mean, it's not a huge deal because the same lack of delicacy will lead to more scratches and stuff anyway, but more forethought could have prevented it.

Fuck man.
It is just extra excruciating when you've gone to great pains to not fuck a thing up and it happens anyway.
So frustrating.

I always scratch the crap out of parts guitars. Right as I am putting in like the last possible screw.

The slotted screw pickup is a prototype from Dave @ Heavy Air pickups. It is like the HD T-90. Basically a P90 disguised as a tele bridge pickup. It is something ridiculous like 11K or 12K it screams.

No apologies here yo, it just strikes me as a super b;loooze dad axe. It jams though and weighs under 6.5LBs.

Hard to call it that when it's BLACK AND CHROME, though. Here's the current state of mine. Going to put on the control plate today.
